     The Holywell Poor Law Union Record (G/B/134/259) dated 19/7/1844 notesthatRobert aged 3 had burnt to death (very likely as a result of hisclothes catching fire). Robert his father was recorded as having lefthis family. Jane was awarded 8/6d for funeral expenses and the recordshows that "Action" was to be atken against the father - presumablyfor deserting his family. There is no corresponding death certificatefor this date relating to Robert's death.
