Note for:   Selina Paddy,   ABT 1901 -          Index

Individual Note:
Selina Paddy was born in 1901, a spinster and is thought to have diedin the 1960s. Selina suffered from what was called "sleepingsickness", apparently when she was young and out anywhere she wouldsuddenly drop down asleep. Doreen McCann says "When I knew her shecertainly seemed to have got over this and she was a hard worker allher life, mainly at a spinning/weaving factory in Coventry and thenworking in a hospital laundry".
