     The Holywell Parish Vestry minutes for 23/6/1809 shows that SamuelHolland of Bagillt Township was assessed for rates @ 1/4d twice in1809. His name appears in the rates assessment several times in theperiod up to 1812 coverd by the record,

The Holywell Parish Vestry minutes for 5/1/1824 rshow that SamuelHolland Bagillt was given 2/6d pw. The records for 19/2/1825 show thathis widow Ann had her payment reduced from 2/- to 1/- pw.
